RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at browndeer.in. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it based on the following guidelines:

Return Conditions

  • Return Period: Customers can return their order within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Condition of Items: All returns must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Original Receipt: The original receipt must be included with the returned items for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Customized items made specifically for you are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These products go through multiple quality checks to ensure they meet your standards.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please email us at contact@browndeer.in with images of the product. Once the issue is confirmed, we will process your refund to your bank account.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned items and verify that they are in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds: We will request your NEFT details to process the refund for COD orders.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery fees, where applicable, will not be refunded.

    Shipping Estimates

    • All products will be shipped within 3 working days.
    • Estimated delivery period for Metro cities would be 3 to 4 and for Rest of India would be 6 to 7 business days after shipment.
